TRY THE NEW TOURISTIC BUS AND DISCOVER A DIFFERENT ANDORRA
From now on, visitors travelling to Andorra can enjoy the new tourist bus. The Romanesque Andorra bus trail combines a visit to ethnographic museums and churches with admiring the mountain landscape, without forgetting the key shopping areas in the Principality – Andorra la Vella and Escaldes-Engordany – where the tour starts and ends in order to promote shopping. In this way, tourists will obtain a wider vision of the Pyrenean country.
All this is possible thanks to the two buses covering several routes for each valley, with Sant Julià, Andorra and Escaldes as departure points, and La Massana and Encamp as intermediate stops based on the schedule. The trails are planned to run 3 times a week (Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday) both in the morning and afternoon. Visitors interested in the service may take the half-day trails accompanied by a tourist guide at all times. In addition, the bus has audio guides in 4 languages (Catalan, Spanish, French and English) allowing tourists to discover the Principality's history alongside the main monuments and shopping centres, amongst other interesting information.
The service offers the chance to take two routes which last around four hours. For the first route, adult tickets will cost € 12, including museum and church entry, and € 18 on the second route. There are special rates for groups of over 20 people.
Space is limited and prior reservations are recommended on (+376) 805 151.
