This new massage is done with hot panda sacks. These small cotton sacks are filled with different herbs or plants (tea, bamboo, Asian herbs, citric fruits or wine) each offering different properties. The pinda sacks are steamed and placed on pressure points around the body to attain a deep muscle and relaxing effect. You choose the herb or plant according to your needs. From the tip of the hands and feet to hair, every part of the body is worked on to ensure total muscle relaxation. The massage favours lymphatic drainage, reduces nervous tension and reactivates circulation.
