Programme

Friday 5^th:

• 7 pm. Opening of the Festival Market and bell peeling (in the old town)
• 8 pm. Mediaeval dances with the Andorra la Vella Dance Group and the mediaeval giants in Andorra la Vella and Sant Pol. (Plaça del Consell General)
• 10:30 pm. Habaneras concert with the group Mar Endins and hot rum (Plaça del Poble)
• 11:30 pm. Dijousderock: (Thursdayrock) Zipi-Zape + Madretomasa + Trilobeats (in the Parc Central marquee)

Saturday 6^th

• 9 am to 9 pm. 25^th Andorra la Vella Annual Festival Inter-club Trophy for shooting (Club Andorrà de Tir de Precisió)
• 10 am to 11 pm. Festival Market: Handicrafts and entertainment (old town)           
• 11 am to 2 pm. 2^nd Annual Festival Table Tennis Championship. Youth and children’s categories (those born from 1997 on). Registration from 10 to 10:45 am (Ciutat de Valls school).
• Midday and 7 pm. Sardana dance with the Jovenívola d’Agramunt orchestra (Plaça del Poble)
• 4 to 9 pm. Games and sports party. (Parc Central)
• 5 to 8 pm. Giants’ preparation and passacaglia. (Plaça de la Rotonda)
• 5 to 8 pm. 2^nd Annual Festival Table Tennis Championship. Open Category, Registration from 4 to 4:45 pm (Ciutat de Valls school).                                           
• 8 pm. Mediaeval dances with Andorra la Vella Dance Group (Plaça Guillemó)
• 10:30 pm. Mumusic Circus: Roda, món. Circus show (Plaça del poble)                           
• Midnight. Dance in the square with the Bora Bora orchestra (Plaça del Poble)
• Midnight. Fusion night with Carles Belda and Badabadoc and Bongo Botrako (in the Parc Central marquee)        

Sunday 7^th

• 9 am to 2 pm. 25^th Andorra la Vella Annual Festival Inter-club Trophy for shooting (Club Andorrà de Tir de Precisió)
• 10 am to 11 pm. Festival Market: Handicrafts and entertainment (old town)           
• 10 am to 2 pm. 37^th Chess Marathon (Plaça Príncep Benlloch)
• Midday. Solemn mass with Berga’s La Principal orchestra (Sant Esteve church)
• 1 pm. Contrapàs dance of Andorra la Vella, Dwarfs’ and Giants’ Dance (Plaça del Poble)
• 4 pm. 7^th Botifarra sausage championship. (La Llacuna Arts Centre, Kindness Awards of Andorra 2000)
• 4 to 9 pm. Games and sports party (Parc Central)
• 6 and 7 pm. Meritxell Rabassa: Metxirell. Acrobatics with net (Plaça de la Rotonda)
• 7 pm. Cia. El Sidral: Red Riding Hood. Children's theatre. (Plaça Guillemó)
• 7 pm. Sardana dance with Bisbal’s La Principal orchestra. (Plaça del Poble)
• 8 pm. La Ballarusca. Traditional Pyrenean dances (Plaça Guillemó)
• 10:30 pm. Dare d’Art: Greta et Gudulf. Circus-theatre. (Plaça del Poble)

Monday 8^th

• 10 am to 10 pm. Festival Market: Handicrafts and entertainment (old town)           
• 11 am. Sand castle competition. (Parc Central beach volleyball area)
• Midday and 7 pm. Sardana dance with Bisbal’s La Principal orchestra. (Plaça del Poble)
• 2 pm. Popular rice party. (Plaça del Poble)
• 4 to 9 pm. Games and sports party (Parc Central)
• 5 and 7 pm. Guillem Albà & Always Drinking Marching Band. (Plaça de la Rotonda)
• 5 pm. Afternoon dance with the seniors association. (Conference Centre)
• 8:30 pm. 29^th Annual Festival Popular Athletics Race. Registration and ID collection in from of the Town Hall, 4:30 to 7:30 pm.
• 9 pm. Moscow Ballet: Swan Lake (see EVENTS)
• 10 pm. Alba Sarraute: Travelling Cabaret. Musical circus. (Plaça del Poble)
• 11 pm. Fireworks display                                  
• Midnight. Closing festival concert with Delafé y las Flores Azules (hip pop). (Parc Central marquee)
