G Series BPA – Cars on ice races
Grandvalira Circuit, at 2,400 metres high in Port d’Envalira, is once again the setting for the G-Series BPA, the ice racing championship held in the Principality of Andorra.
The 2011 G Series has a new sponsor this year: Banca Privada d’Andorra.
There are two competition categories GSeries 4 (4-wheel drives) and GSeries 2 (2-wheel drive).
In addition to the essential work of the drivers on the track, the G Series BPA tend to be a dual between trainers.
The present champion will be at this year’s edition, driver Agustí Albareda (Lancia), as will other winning drivers in the series such as Ferran Naudi (Peugeot), Gerard de la Casa (Citroën), and a long list of championship organisers.

G ZERO: 18th December 2010
G 1: 8th January 2011
G 2: 15th January 2011
G 3: 22nd January 2011 (reserve date 29th January 2011)
G 4: 5th February 2011
G 5: 12th February 2011
Trials will run from 9am to midday for the GSeries (4WD) and from 3 to 7pm for the GSeries 2 (2WD).
